Dr. Edwin A Ekpo
I Do to I Give Memorial Scholarship
Dr. Joseph and Felicia Claiborne established the annual Dr. Edwin A Ekpo I Do to I Give Memorial Scholarship to honor Felicia's father and Joseph's father in-law, Late Dr. Edwin A Ekpo. The scholarship serves to continue Dr. Edwin A Ekpo's legacy of helping high school students advance in education. The couple have partnered with Triad Sports Institute, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, which focuses on promoting advancements in education for high school students to achieve this goal. The late Dr. Edwin Ekpo lived a life of giving to improve his community. He dedicated his time to helping the youth to achieve their aspirations by mentoring students. We dedicate this scholarship in memory of him to help encourage students to continue to reach their goals and later mentor the future of tomorrow as Dr. Edwin did for so many.
